# WakeUp Labs > We make it safe to automate what moves value in a company. Production infrastructure for programmable value: a mandate, a policy, an action, and evidence. WakeUp is a brand operated by TreeMansion LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. ## Canonical URLs - Homepage: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/ - Short profile: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/llms.txt - Blog: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/blog - Work with us: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/apply - Brand kit: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/brand - Energy: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/energia - Industry: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/industria - Privacy: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/privacy - Terms: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/terms - Book a call: https://zcal.co/wakeuplabs The public site is in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Three ways to buy it. - WakeUp Deployments: a deployment of the system, with the applications the operation needs. - WakeUp Agents: expert agents that execute inside the same policy framework. - WakeUp Operations: expert humans, locally integrated, who run the system in production. If value moves and no one is accountable, it is not automation: it is risk. We sit behind what the customer already runs. We build the system, take it to production, and keep operating it. When the work has to run, an expert runs it (a person, a policy, or an agent) inside a mandate. The principal is the customer: a bottler, a factory, a bank, a protocol. They sign the mandate and carry the risk. Agents are traffic on that surface, not the buyer. ## The system Four primitives. A lending platform, a returnable-packaging loop, and a trading agent are the same product. The domain changes. The system does not. - Mandate: who is allowed to act, on whose behalf, and for how long. Signed once by the institution that owns the risk. - Policy: the shared frame every expert has to pass. Caps, thresholds, confirmations, jurisdictions. Written down. Humans and agents hit the same gate. - Action: what actually happens in production. A payment, a credit, a liquidation, a failover, a settlement. - Evidence: a receipt an auditor can read. What ran, under which policy, initiated by whom, with what result. Three operators share that frame: - Expert human: an on-call engineer, treasurer, credit officer, or operator. The system does not replace them. It puts them inside policy. - Policy: the system itself, under a written rule. A margin call fires, a return is credited, a settlement clears. The evidence is automatic. - Agent: a delegated expert made of software. It reaches only what the mandate allows and leaves the same receipt a person would. ## In production Not a catalog of unrelated projects. The same system pointed at credit, packaging, sports rights, trading, incentives, and network fallbacks. ### Bit2Lend Lending and credit. EUR loans backed by crypto collateral. The borrower is a person. Everything after the signature is the system: custody of collateral, IBAN and transfers, KYC and AML, margin calls, liquidation. WakeUp relaunched the platform and owns the flows the previous vendors left behind. Rails are fiat and onchain. ### Coca-Cola Consumer goods. A returnable bottle becomes an asset with an owner, a value, and a history. It circulates between plant, merchant, and consumer, and it can be spent. No person books the entry. The system credits, settles, and proves it, store by store. Public example of the policy: 1 credit per verified return, max 24/day. ### Uphold Wealth and trading. An agent that trades inside a mandate. Portfolio queries and trade execution behind confirmation controls. CLI and MCP server, structured JSON by default. The operator is already an agent. Public example of the policy: at most USD 25,000 per order, confirmation required. ### Alpen Labs Network infrastructure. Mainnet and testnet, operated 24/7. Pectra migration, canonical contracts redeployed, tooling updated for the new chain ID, then incident response and continuous engineering after go-live. Failover requires on-call approval. ### Win Investments Sports rights. A slice of a transfer fee becomes a holdable asset. A club deploys as its own contract. A player is a token with an owner and a history. When the transfer happens, holders get paid. WakeUp rebuilt the V1 into an SDK: create the club, mint the player, hit the chain. The client does not write Solidity. Public figures on the site: 18 clubs, 231+ players, 91+ transfers. ### Velora / ParaSwap DAO incentives. The DAO no longer calculates rewards by hand. Transaction data in, allocation out, proposal on Snapshot, execution through UMA and oSnap. Gas refunds concentrate where they move the needle. Claims stay where the user staked. Multi-chain. ### Arbitrum Connect Network fallback. A live dapp on mainnet. Force-include a transaction into the delayed inbox, withdraw from a child chain to its parent, including preloaded Orbit L2s and L3s. Shipped with the Arbitrum DAO and hosted by WakeUp. Public operating figures on the site: 4+ years in production, 127+ implementations shipped, 24/7 incident response on live infrastructure, 18 countries. ## Where it runs - Financial services: credit, treasury, and settlement. - Consumer and retail: loyalty, incentives, and loops. - Manufacturing: assets that gain value at every stage of production. - Enterprise operations: regulated flows with an audit trail. - Energy and oil and gas, including operators in Argentina. See the Energy URL above. - Industrial plants: alarms, operating context, diagnosis, and concrete actions. See the Industry URL above. ## Public code - Coinbase CDP Escrow: https://github.com/wakeuplabs-io/cdp-escrow - Coinbase CDP Collector: https://github.com/wakeuplabs-io/cdp-collector - Coinbase Arbitrage Bot: https://github.com/wakeuplabs-io/coinbase-arbitrage-bot - GitHub: https://github.com/wakeuplabs-io The substrate under the system is already in production elsewhere on the site: sequencers, bridges, staking, SDKs, governance tooling, smart contracts, and enterprise backends. Agents do not replace that layer. They run on top of it. More writing: https://www.wakeuplabs.io/en/blog ## Recent articles English originals.
